Parfrey's Glen
Located only 1/2 mile from Devil's Head Resort is Parfrey's Glen a scenic and historic nature area that offers a tranquil hiking path up through a ravine that glaciers cut many years ago.  At it's uppermost part, the glen reaches a depth of nearly 100 feet and embraces a mountain-type stream flowing through it's floor.  The Glen's walls are sandstone embedded with pebbles and boulders of quartzite.  The path is 0.8 miles long.   Visit Parfrey's Glen

Devil's Lake State Park
Devil's Lake State Park is less than two miles from Devil's Head Resort and situated along the Ice Age Trail.  With spectacular views from 500 foot cliffs, the park has miles of hiking trails, swimming areas that include 2 large sandy beaches, mountain bike trails, cross country ski trails, great climbs and so much more.

A gorgeous hillside lined with grape vines overlooking the Wisconsin river sets the backdrop of this wonderful winery.  Wollersheim provides wine tours and is only a 12 mile drive from Devil's Head....very well worth it!
